Whether you’re gongoozling or looking seriously, I strongly recommend joining my Canalside Homes Facebook Group where I share hundreds of properties for sale through any agent.

3) Home Finder Service

Are you struggling to find a canalside home? Did you know that I offer a home finder service? (Subject to availability)

  • Available for Canalside Homes in England and Wales.
  • Also available for property in and around Brewood, Staffordshire, and Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.
  • £250 per month rolling monthly contract to cover expenses (any unused balance is counted towards the completion fee).
  • 1% completion fee.
  • Available to a strictly limited number of clients at any one time.
  • I will make active physical and online searches on your behalf.
  • I will inform you of any suitable on-the-market properties.
  • I will contact agents on your behalf to source off-market properties.
  • I will carry out due dilligence checks and provide market reports for shortlisted properties you wish to view or buy.
  • I will view properties for you, with livestream if required.
  • I will negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
  • I will manage the progression of your purchase to completion.
  • If you are looking for a canalside home I will also investigate mooring potential if required.

Of course there’s a fee for my property search service, but you’ll benefit in lots of ways; from my personal advice, my dedicated searches to source both on and off market properties, my negotiation on your behalf, and my ongoing support throughout your purchase. This may well save you more than you spend, as well as securing you the home of your dreams!
